Toe Dance Steps in Flamenco Dancing
Hi! Thank you for visiting expertvillage.com, my name is Yvette Parrish. Your toes, remember we saw the nails on the bottom of the toes right there. The toe also makes the sound and it’s…and it’s a much softer sound and if you notice my heels are not touching, just doing toes this is a good way to practice. Remember these are flats…toes…flats…toes… So it’s very different sounds, so it really depends what dance you’re doing, how much power, how much sound do you want. If you’re with a group of dancers the toe may be enough sound. If you’re alone on stage and you want to execute some powers to your dances the flat is going to be where your power is. Remember bend your knees a little bit slightly so I’m not saying bend too much just a little bit just bend a little bit so you don’t hurt your lower back.
