Introduction to Calisthenics Exercises & Workouts

I have been in the fitness industry for the past 11 years. I am a group fitness coordinator, group fitness instructor, a Pilate Instructor and a personal trainer. I am certified through AAAI and AFA. I also have a degree from the University of Florida in Health, Science and Education. On behalf of Expert Village.com, today I will be demonstrating for you calisthenics exercises or you can also call them calisthenics. Calisthenics are exercises that can be done outside of the gym. You don’t need any weights or machines to perform these exercises. You can perform them in the comfort of your home or even your backyard. Calisthenics exercises are repetitive exercises that are done either for a certain period of time or for a certain number of repetitions. You can do calisthenic exercises working your abs, your arms, your legs or any part of your body. You only need a small space to do these exercises. Today I will be demonstrating 14 different calisthenics for you to perform any way that you like. We are going to go ahead and get started.
