Hi! Thank you for visiting expertvillage.com, my name is Yvette Parrish. With flamenco we have so many fun props and things we can use. We have the manton, we have the skirts, we have the fan, we have castanets. So I’ll be talking a little bit about the fan, the fan comes also in all different sizes, all different colors, you can get them from $5 to $25 depending what’s good for you. This is a professional sized fan and if you’ll notice on one side it’s called the spine and you can actually see the sticks the wood right here this is the back of the fan. The front of the fan is smoother it does not have the spine on it and that’s how you can tell if it’s the front or the back of a fan. I have them in all colors I would recommend getting as many as you can, they’re so much fun and I’ll show you how to open it. Always have the pretty side which is I call the pretty side without the spine towards you. So have the pretty side towards you and the spine side towards the outside and all you do it’s going to be all in the wrist and you open it like that. It’s very fancy, it’s very eye catching and the same thing I’m only going to be using my wrist to close it. I’m going to open it and close it…and if you notice it’s really working the wrist, you’re not over doing it. It’s just a simple dropping the fan and you’re ready to close it, close it with your wrist.
