How to do the Pop Twist in Balloon Folding

Hi, this is Jeremy on behalf, here on behalf of Expert Village, teach you the next twist in, and in the twist I'm going to be teaching you. This one's called the pop twist. The pop twist is usually used when you are making arms or have done it before in a version of motor cycle, when I want all the handles to separate. Now pop twist, what you do is you're going to be using the bear ears in conjecture with another thing to be able to make it. To make a bear ear, just like I showed you on the last video, you twist it about seven times. And then with that bear ear, you're actually going to make another bear ear. Twist it about seven times. So you'll have two bear ears. One, two. You make a one inch bubble, and after that one inch bubble, you're going to again make another bear ear. Twist it about seven times. And then you're going to make another bear ear, twisted about seven times. What that allows for is this bubble in the middle. You can take your fingers, take your two nails right there, and you can actually pop it and it'll stay inflated. So, if you do it in the middle of a design, you can get arms like this, like with the mermaid here. You pop the twist suddenly, she has arms. Or with Spider Man, same thing. Go ahead and pop it. You go ahead and tie a web in one hand, so it can swing around, and you have a pop twist. Now with pop twists, you do have to be careful you do have to twist it that many times, or you risk the whole thing coming unraveled. Use another balloon to create what you tried to do with the pop twist.
