Hi, this is Jeremy, here with Expert Village. We're going to go ahead and teach you the next step in contact juggling which is once you have the basic butterfly, getting it from one side of the hand to the other, we're going to go ahead and teach you how to switch hands. Now make sure when you're going one hand back and forth, make sure that your hand always stays parallel to your chest because if you don't, you're not going to be able to switch it from one hand to the other. So make sure it looks like this, not like this. Now what you're doing when you're switching hands, a lot of the times is you're just moving it from one hold into the other, whether it's from an underhand hold into an underhand hold, an overhand hold into an overhand hold. So what you're going to do is go ahead and you're going to slow it down, you're going to stop, switch hands, do a butterfly, stop, switch hands, just so you can get used to rolling it into the different holds. And if you want, you can go right from the back to the palm of the hand, from the back to the back of the hand, from the palm to the palm of the hand, you can basically, any of the holds that you've learned so far, either side can be switched over with the other one. You've just got to find a way to make it comfortable, you've got to practice it, once again, with your non-dominant hand, not just your dominant hand.
