Another good stretch from the scapula to pull it away from the back is to rotate the arm. You are just going to rotate it just like that. Just relax. Rotate the arm. Just relax. You probably want to rotate it enough to get your hand on the shoulder and do that. If you can't do that and it is not relaxed, then that would feel very uncomfortable. So you want the arm to lay down, start from here and that way when the scapula is not elevated, so you know where to place your finger which is on the clavicle on top of the scapula. Alright put your arm out, the scapula is up a little bit and you need to roll the arm until you get it forward like that and rotate it.
