So now we kind of balance out and we can actually begin the massage. What I like to do is I like to keep in mind which are is which. You just have to keep in mind which area is which and push out. From the shoulder blades, push out, push out. We're going to go lateral, everything away from the spine, we don't want to keep anything in here we want to push out. This is the lax side and this is the tense side, push out, push out. Nice circular motions. Try to get underneath the scapula into that back and push the scapula out, which is this bone right here. Next we're going to focus on the neck.
