So what we are dealing with first is the C curve. That means that you favor one side totally, like you really push in to the other side. That means that there is one side that is totally tense. What we want to do is that is the side that we really don't want to apply too much pressure to, I don't care how tight it is, most therapists just dig in and it's always stressed out so there is no reason for us to dig. What we need for you to do to stretch it out though is you can apply pressure. You can just apply pressure, that's it, no movement, just push, just push, push and breath, just feel it, push and breath, push and breath, that's it, no other movement, push and breath. Try that a couple of times o'kay? It's a good way to warm up.
