Now what we are going to focus on is Lordosis and this has everything to do with your lumbar area of your back. Anything from your hip to some point right here below the bra strap area gets real tight. In this area of your neck and your lower area is probably your most tense area because when you are born you are born in the fetal position and as you grow these are the muscles that have to gain strength the earliest. In here, lordosis, causes you to arch your back so you kind of protrude, which it is not really like that but if I had somebody that had lordosis, that is what they would look like. They would look like they had something underneath here or like they were pooching up. That's how profound it is so that is one of the areas that you would definitely want to work on. But the majority of issues with the back are where people have curve issues in their spine and this is called scoliosis and we are going to focus on that next.
