What Is Kyphosis?

So let's talk about Kyphosis? Kyphosis is contributed to the upper seven and the top two of our vertebrae. When I say upper seven I mean that you have seven set of vertebrae that are considered the cee and then you have the thoracic vertebrae which are 12 and go down to the lumbar. Cervical, thoracic and then lumbar. The top two are your thoracic and the seven cee are part of your vertebrae. This area is going to kind of come out to the point where it's almost like it gives because when the vertebrae is strong it can stand upright. When the vertebrae starts to give you start to look down, you start to arch your back and that is what happens when you get old is the bones start to give a little bit because of the bone deterioration and everything. You will have a nice little curve in here and so the best thing to do is drink your calcium and take calcium and so whatever you can to stretch and strengthen your neck out on a daily basis and definitely get massaged. What we are going to focus on next is Lordosis.
