Angled Lean Plyometric Exercise

KIRK VICKERS: The next movement of motion that we're going to do is really designed for more of the upper half of the body, the core and the shoulders in control through the body. What we're going to do is we're going to take our hands and lean into the wall with the arms fully extended as we walk out. The lower the angle, the more difficult this movement is. Again, this is designed for a more higher-level individual. I wouldn't try this if you don't have good core strength and good control through the shoulders and the arms. We're going to go here. Walk off. Slowly not crossing the arms, the legs, step with the leg first, bring the arm together and then move it over, and then we'll go back the other way. As we get stronger with this, we can go lower. Be careful on a drywall wall. If you don't push through a drywall wall make sure you got a good solid stable wall to do that one.
