Sports Massage for Increased Circulation

ALEXSON: Okay, so we're back on the shin. And what we're going to do now is we're going to kind of increase the circulation, okay? And we're going to do that by kind of like doing--now, we can press 'cause it's not really irritated, you know, she's not in pain, yet. And so we're just going to kinda like press real quick, one after the other, okay, create some type repetitive-like rhythm. Just go all the way down to the knee. See by now, it's loose so what you don't want to do is you don't want it to get tight. You just press. Thumb is good. Probably thumb is the best thing to use. Anything else, I don't think you could really feel it, so you got to really be able to feel this muscle because there are areas that are tight and there's other areas that aren't. So you want to, definitely, not hurt your client. So just keep on one after the other, just press, little small presses, little small presses, just up and down. Okay, maybe add in a little stretch and then press. There we go. And that's the shin, okay? And I think that's it for all of the sports-related issues that we're going to deal with today.
