First Layer of Muscles of the Foot

So in this segment, we're going to focus on the layer number one. There are four layers of muscles in the feet; this is the most profound layer in the foot. This goes from the calcareous muscle, or calcareous bone up to all of the individual tarsal?s in the feet. It goes all along here. This is the most profane muscle, okay. Because it starts from the base of the heel all the way up into each one of your toes. And what it does is kind of like wraps around the bone, the metatarsal bone of every one of your feet. And it starts here, wraps around here, and shoots all through up here. So that muscle is very profound muscle in the foot. Probably one of the most superficial muscles of the foot.
