Welcome to Expert Village. This is Fran Dukehart. In this segment we are going to do eye exercises with arm circles. So, we are going to be seated on the ball, being centered, feeling grounded, when you take the ball to the center and release, making a slow circle, going back, up and around, coming to the front center, releasing the ball, extending, breath, neck, twisting the torso, coming back to center. Inhaling smoothly and evenly, moving. If you have any issues with your shoulders, you can move just from the elbow; the idea is to take the breath, move the ball, lift, twist, circle and come back to center. It can be a small of a circle using the pivot point at the elbow, or if you are feeling the full range, stretch all the way. Back, high, come to the center, anchor in that center point and extend. Reaching high behind you, lifting it up, bringing it back to center, you can use the opposite hand to stabilize the knees, so my right hand is on my left knee, helping me to lift my spine as I lift the ball bring it to the center, right hand gets the ball, left hand goes to the right knee, smoothly evenly making the soft circle, bringing it to the center, bringing it to the heart. From my center to your center… Namaste.
