Assembling a Hayward Aquabug

It's the moment of truth.Were taking the bottom half the top half mating them together and shes going to be a complete woman again. So lets do it. The only thing we have to do now is were going to invert the cleaner. Oh no! Wow! There we go see I am going to turn it this way. Because it keeps to the camera just a little bit better and now we have got the bottom assembly here and were going to double check. Now this one we can tell the front. Well because the antennae and now the front is towards me and then actually we can tell by the flaps and little indicators. Hard to see on camera because there white stamped into white. But this is the front it will say so on it. So here we go with the front to the front. I am going to invert it and I am going to move the A frames just genitally as we go in. And these A frames are going to straddle the cam part right over here. Which is beautiful. Ads she going to snap right inside and I am going to wiggle it just a little bit. As it moves the little spring may need to be set. Ok? This spring I am pushing up so it caches and sits right here. That is very important. Setting that spring. There it is. Yea! Get in there. You like that don't you! Yep there it is! Alright! And now to really get it I am actually pop this piece right here. Alright. Give me a little bit of room to set in these two set screws. Ah, thats nice. Nice. One more. Ah, yes. Making sure that this blue spring is right where its supposed to be. Click it back in place. Flippity floppity. Alright now there are two more screws to put in here. Remember our old friend the throat? Goes right in to place there. Again if you try to put it in wrong it just wont fit properly. These guys a genius I tell you. Alright these I left the screws in you've got back them out for proper assembly. Boom. Boom. Again you really cant do it wrong. Oh these two holes should go down here. Boomp. Keyed a little poppers in there so were going to set this in place. Again a little squeeze of the old drill. Ah, yea. Like that sound. And the last screw. Right in there just a little turn. In fact I am going to go old school on this on because its just so genital. Here we go! Here we go! Ah, beautiful. There it is the Aquabug she's feeling great looking good and ready for more years of trouble free service.
