Alright now are Aquabug is completely in pieces and were going to actually show you how to put it together if you come home and your kids have taken it apart or what not. Well assuming they haven't lost anything were going to show you how to get it back together. Its really easy and a lot of fun. I swear. Ok, the first thing that were going to do is to get the medium turbine which is this guy right here and very rarely are you going to find it broken what ends up happening on wear here is that this piece tends to just sort of ream its self out because of spinning on this metal for most of its life. So if you have got to replace is all you simply do is put it right back in there spin it. Listen to that no noise its beautiful. Alright then were going to take our upper middle housing and its going now to actually start to slid right up in here this way. But were going to do that in a minute The first thing is take the new bushing and again nice and tight its going to stop right in there and your going to see that its supposed to have a little bit of a ridge. And then our gears the top gear right in there and then the bottom your going to notice well actually on both of these that it is hexagonal so it sits in. So when it goes it is a nice tight compression fit. See? Tight. Were going to turn it over I am going to keep my little thumb right there put it through and spin it until it sits home and again even then with out the set screw. Nice alright. Our little tiny friend the screw right here and try to get it just sit home. Ah, its beautiful fell right in to place. Now I am going to use the drill very very important that you put the torque on its very lowest setting otherwise you'll send the screws directly through the plastic replacing the parts. Now if I can get it in there right. There we go now holding it genitally I can feel it spinning in my fingers. Its a good feeling and then now here the medium turbine with its housing again it sort of a hold and do. And I am going to try to do this so you can see it. Its channeled there and as we come in from the side I am looking thats it lined up. Ok, lined up flat with these pieces here and just simply push in place. Now two screws to make sure she doesn't move and again lowest setting. No real pressure were just using this. We could use hand tools to be sure. But I don't like to work that hard and I don't want to bore you. Upside down here again. The medium gear right there just sits in place and now we've got the medium turbine assembly spinning hard.
