Removing the Shroud from a Hayward Aquabug

Well actually we have removed to lower middle body. Now it's time to remove the upper middle body. And what we call the shroud which is what well gives our Aquabug that cute look. This outer part that we referred of is the shroud. Again the procedure is pretty straight forward. We are going to remove these four screws right in here. You again, using our trusty drill gun for speed. One, two, three and four. Now when you take it out again were going turn it over make sure that we don't loose any screws. But hold the scowed down here and just remove it. We want to really careful. Because if we don't these pieces here, well there just held on by gravity and the fact that the scowed is there. And if we don't take them off slowly well there going to fall all over the place. Then this piece this now this is a very important piece here. This is the grate. This is what allows some of the water to come in to the cleaner that drives the gear box. We talked about earlier. It's a good idea here to just sort of slide it off. Compression fitting, screen were just going to put it to the side. And then now we have exposed the main cone the middle gear and the main gear and then we will start to disassemble those simply by taking them off. And now we can get in to the middle turbine.
