Another item your going to want to keep your eye on are the flaps. The flaps are well just at the other side of the wings. These guys here again your not going to see a lot of wear over time but it is important that you keep an eyes so that we can keep that suction pattern nice. Replacing them is pretty straight forward deal. All your going to do here is get a flat head screwdriver and sort of gently place it between and with a little twist and pull the old one should pop right out. Now they art marked rear on front for new installations. And the same thing on the top right in there. Now you want to be gentle and not pull or rip to hard. Because if you do you will damage this piece here that's called the frame. Very expensive part tho replace the whole cleaner is well yea you don't want to get in to the position. And with out flaps the whole cleaner is definitely not performing any where near it's best. Now when you get a new set again there pretty similar exactly the same. But different they have front and rear on them. So were going to go ahead a replace the front one again. Now there were going to take this piece of the blue spring place it between those two little nubbels right there. Set in one side. Offset the other one just a bit and just sort of nudge it in place. The rear one pretty much the same deal. It's going to set right in between here offset it just a just above and snap her right in to place. And now, you have got a brand now set of flaps.
