Adding Eyeliner Makeup on Bottom for a Beyonce Look

Now that we have eyeliner on the top of the eye, we're going to put a little on the bottom of the eye too. I'm going to take the same eye shadow as I used as base and highlight. It's that champagne gold color. I'm going to put it in the inside corner of the eye to give a highlight. That's just going to brighten up the eye and just make it look big and bright and shiny since the rest of they eyeliner is going to be really dark. Then once you have the highlight in the inside corner of the eye, you want take a little bit of the black. A little bit because a little bit goes a long way. We all know that the black is a very pigmented. You want to take a little bit of the black on an angle brush and you want to start at the other end of the eye. You kind of want to connect this line to this line. The bottom line, you can smoke that out a little bit. It shouldn't be as straight. You don't want there to be a harsh line on the bottom. You just want it to look kind of smoky and blended just so that everything isn't on the top of the eye. It just creates a nice eye shape look. I just use a tiny teeny bit and I'm just blending with my brush. Look at me. Look up. Then you can blend it out with another brush. Whatever you think works best for you. You can even make it smokier if you want. It's all personal preference. I kind of like that harsh line on top and just having a little bit of that smoked out look on the top. Just make sure this inside of the eye is definitely highlighted. That's important. That makes the eye look big and wide.
