Loading Adhesive Gun for Weatherstripping

On behalf of Expert Village, my name is George Engle with Mr. Fix-It Handyman here in Miami, Florida and today I am going to be showing you how to install weather stripping on the exterior of your garage door. So now we are going to apply our adhesive to the back and this particular adhesive inside of it has like a foil cover to prevent the drying up of the product inside so we are going to go ahead and put a screwdriver in here and just break that seal a little bit. See how it comes out a little bit on the screwdriver. I'm going to wipe that off. Now we are going to load our sealant into our caulking gun and then understand that this is going to go on for a while so don't be afraid to put a good amount of sealant because we want to make sure that it does get a good seal, squeeze.
