Measuring to Cut Weatherstripping

On behalf of Expert Village, my name is George Engle with Mr. Fix-It Handyman here in Miami, Florida and today I am going to show you how to install weather stripping on the exterior of your garage door. Okay, we are going to take our measurements. Okay so now we are going to take our measurements. We are going to cut our piece of trim in our little miter box. I will explain that to you in a second. Again, here's our trim. Take our measurement; about 80 3/4. This is a pretty simple miter box. Pick it up at your local home store. It cuts at all the different angles. Just simply put the saw in and drag it across to make the cuts. It works pretty well unless you have something bigger mechanical but otherwise, this one works just fine.
