How to Fall Off of a Unicycle the Right Way

Now we are unicycling right? We are actually going, we're moving, but you know what? With everything you are going to fall, I guarantee it, I fell a million times when I started unicycling. When you are going, you're going to actually fall on these things, and it's going to hurt if you're not wearing your helmet, your arm pads, your wrist pads, all that stuff. I'm going to show you the proper way to fall. There actually is a good way to fall on these things. So, you're up, you're riding around right? The way that I just fell, that you saw, is not the right way to fall. You never want to fall forward. Regardless of how good you are at falling forward, there's always a chance that you are going to hurt your wrist, you're going to hurt your head, you're going to hurt all that stuff. So the best way to lean back, just a little bit, while you're balancing, and when you fall, always make sure to lean backwards. The reason for this is, you step off the bike, that's all it is. It takes no effort right there, you just fall right off the back, and you put your foot down. It's going to hurt your foot a lot less than it's going to hurt your head, so that is the proper way to fall if you have a choice. If you don't have a choice, that's why we have the secondary helmet, and the wrist guards, and all that. So that's the proper way to fall, lets move on to the next step.
