How to Move Forward Riding a Unicycle

Okay, now you've been rocking and rolling for, I don't know, a couple of months now right? Just getting used to your unicycle alright? Now we're going to actually start rolling. We're going to start actually doing some peddling alright? So just like your rocks that you were doing before, now we're just going to overextend the rock okay? We're going to go and switch to your left foot, alright? Now you're pushing your left foot. Okay, now your right foot. Okay, now once you go, I want you to go about, depending on how long your wall is or anything, I want you to do about ten pedals forward, then I want you to do ten pedals backward. So, right. Now this is just going to prove that when you are ready, you're going to be a double threat. You're going to be able to go forward, backwards, then we're going to teach you how to spin in circles, do all that stuff right. But remember, you go forward for ten steps, backwards for ten steps. Then after you get that done, take a little break, come back the next day, do twenty, okay? Just keep coming back and forth until you feel comfortable to move on to the next step.
