OK, now we've gotten up on the unicycle using the six clock pedal ,right. Remember we're always using a chair, a friend, a railing, something like that to actually hold on to, to keep your balance. Once your up in this position, I want you to actually do this for about five or ten minutes at a time. So get up, get familiar with it, get your balance, hold on to something. This is one of your most important steps, because you actually need to be comfortable with this, before you move on to any other step. OK, now we're up on the unicycle. We've been doing this for about ten minutes, just balancing in place, woo, we're amazing, right. Now we're going to learn how to actually rock on the unicycle, alright. You've been staying still, but you know what, in order to actually move on and progress in unicycling, you're going to have to do something about it, right. So, my foot is at six o'clock, on the unicycle, straight down, so I got a good balance right here. In order to rock, I'm going to be doing a right footed rock, and the reason I call it that, is because my dominant foot is all the way at the bottom, doing the rocking, OK. Your left foot is just a guide, it's going to just guide the rest of the tire, right. Your going to rock back and forth, like this, for hundred counts, alright. So your going to go, one , two, three, four, a hundred. Look at that , that was quick, right. So your going to do that on your right foot, a hundred rocks OK. Don't move on until you have actually gotten comfortable doing this, OK. Do this everyday, OK, and then guess what, once your done with the right footed rocks, move on to the left footed rocks, get it. We're going to move the chair here, alright. Now were rocking with our left foot, alright. Make sure to hold on to something while your doing this, because you will fall, and it will hurt, alright. Alright, once you get done with the left footed rock, we're going to move on to the next step.
