And we're back teaching you how to ride a unicycle. Now before you ride a unicycle, you're going to want to know the safety equipment involved. Okay, I did not use the safety equipment when I learned, and it hurt a lot. So we're going to, we're going to show you the right way to start unicycling, alright? What we have here is a standard bicycle helmet. Okay, everybody should definitely go out and get one of these in any balancing sport that you're going to be doing. Okay, so basic bicycle helmet, make sure it's clipped, make sure you're ready to go, alright? Because you will fall and you will hit your head and it will hurt a lot. Okay, the next thing right here is a wrist guard. Okay, I love these things, alright? I stilt jump with these things also in one of my other videos and these are a lifesaver. Any time you fall down, if you're roller blading, unicycling, it doesn't matter, these things are a God send. They just simply strap around your arm, just like this, pull back over and you're ready to go. It's got a plastic insert right here that really stabilizes your arm. If you hit the ground, you're not going to be breaking your wrists and you're going to like that a lot. Believe me. The very last thing right here, arm pads and knee pads, alright? These are knee pads. I don't use these as much, just because I do know what I'm doing. But if you are starting, I would recommend it. It's, you know what? What's the worst that can happen, right? So, use these. Simple, just pull on right onto your arms or to your knees, alright? So these are all safety equipment that you're going to want to use when learning how to ride a unicycle, alright?
