In this section we'll be discussing another model known as the ABCs of customer service. I'm Pamela Unruh on behalf of Expert Village. Now let's move on to the third and final portion of the ABC model of customer service. That of course is the C, the C does stand for customer oriented service. I said before and I feel that it does bare repeating once again the customer is very very important, customer oriented service is exactly what you're going after when you deal with a customer. You don't want to focus on issue, you don't want to focus on task or procedures or even policies. It's the customer as a person an individual that you are working with. Again it does help the person feel important, it makes your customer feel like an individual and doesn't assure that customer will be happy with you. Your business and continue to return and bring you a lot more profitability in the long run as they do continue to provide service with you.
