Tips for Creating Watercolor Paintings

JOHN R. JUNGER: Now, the plowed ground should feel like plowed ground. And again, I'm putting a pattern. And watercolor is wonderful. It's really magnificent for creating patterns, big, smaller, small; big, smaller, small. And to finish this picture, all I have to do is do something with the roof and the silo. Well, silo got screwed up but that's okay. If I really were doing it, I'd put some heavyweights there on the horizon line. And that's the idea. Nothing is perfect. And this picture is far from perfect, but it's worth looking at.
