Light Source in Watercolor Painting

JOHN R. JUNGER: The reason we used different kinds of brushes like this is a very thin brush 'cause this is a great detail brush and what I'm going to do with this is show you the bottom of the rail of the light house. I'm also going to show you something that we call a lightsource. In other words, I want the light coming this way so my shadow is going to run like that, and here's the rest of it. In other words, I need some--a lighthouse, some of them that I've seen are beautiful. They are very beautiful. And I better take a clean brush, and what they have usually is a red stripe coming down. And then, we need an entrance so we're going to put a little door in here.
