How to Stay Calm in a Football Game

VINCENT JAMAL: I'm Vincent on behalf of Expert Village. Now, you hate to see it but it happens. And what BK is going to do--he's a solid guy so he's going to act this way. But he's going to throw a real tantrum. He's going to be the superstar that we all kinda hate to see. So what he's going to do, he's going to run his route and maybe he thought he should have gotten the ball. But because he didn't, this is the end result. Ready, set, go. Now, you see he gets up. Chris falls down. For whatever reason, the play goes some place else, and he doesn't get the ball. And this is one of these things that you see and what he's just done is he's alerted Chris that now he knows that he's open, the defense and the whole other team sideline. The best thing for him to do is to get back to the sideline or get back to huddle quietly, not wake a sleeping dog and make sure that the next time that happens, he's prepared to catch the ball. So let's run through that again. Just so we know what the tantrum looks like. And go. We've seen it before. He's open. He doesn't understand why he didn't get it. Try to avoid this behavior. It's unbecoming. You really should respect the game.
