Applying Lip Liner for Dramatic Makeup

We're onto the lips since the eyes are done. The biggest thing about these lips is the over drawn lip liner. We're really going to accentuate the lips and make it look like she just have collagen implants. Earlier, I powdered the lips. I'm just going to do it a little more because it has kind of come off. You just want to make sure you have a nice little base. It'll keep the lipstick on longer and make it look smoother. Just a little powder on the lips. Then I'm going to use a pink lip liner. I'm using not a bright, bright pink. It's a neutral pink, but it's a pink. You basically want to line the lips a little bit underneath the natural lip line. You want to basically draw outside the lip line so to speak. It'll give the illusion that your lips are bigger than they are. Everybody wants those Angelina Jolie lips. This is how we get them without plastic surgery. I always fill in the entire lip with the lip liner. What that does basically is keeps the lipstick on longer. It just makes everything look smoother. When your lipstick wears off, you don't have that line around your lips. Once your lips are completely filled in with the lip liner, then you can start with the lipstick.
