Applying Eye Base for Dramatic Makeup

Now that the face is done, we're going to move on to the eyes, which is one of the two most parts of this look, the eyes and the lips. We're going to start with a base and highlight. We did use a little bit of that shimmer dust as a highlight. This is glittery or iridescent, frosty I should say, shadow. It's like a pink champagne color. You don't want to go too pink with the base because it's going to be all over the eyes. You want to keep it neutral. This is a pink champagne color, so it's a neutral pink beige. It's going to go all over the eyes. As you can see already, I'm only putting a little bit on and it's really, really frosty. Just put on a little bit at a time, and then you can always add more and more and more. This is going all over the whole entire lid. From the lashes, all the way up to the brow and all over the lid. I always like to put a little more under the brow because that's where you really want to accentuate that highlight color. Again, you can't really mess this up unless you put too much on at once. The color is frosty. You want to put just a little at a time. Just all over the lid. If you're using a nice big brush, it's really, really easy. There we go. We're ready to start with the lid color.
