Hi, this is Shanis Windland on behalf of Expert Village and I'm here today to talk to you about the tools that you need to make your own baby food. The first thing that you need is some kind of a food processor or you could also use a blender if you have that around your house. I specifically went to a natural food store and bought an easy to use little mini size food processor that makes meals that are perfect for your kids. The other thing that you need is something to store your baby food in. The best way to do is to make a big batch of items and then freeze them. So, you need some containers with lids. You could use these special containers that have a little bit larger size to them for your food or you could also just buy ice cube trays that have lids on them and use them as well. The other tip is that once your baby gets a little bit older and starts eating larger portion sizes, you can use muffin pans to freeze your food in the freezer as well. Then I also have some little Tupperware sizes to put the food from the freezer into the refrigerator or to just store a couple of days worth in the fridge after I make a batch. The other thing
