In part two of assembling the house, I'm gonna show you how to attach the roof. I have re-loaded my bag to make sure I have enough icing, and we're going to put lots of glue around all these edges. This part can be a little tricky. It almost helps to have extra hands if your little ones are around, and if not, you can bring in things like, I've got these glasses that I've kind of pre-measured where I thought the roof would end, and they'll help me to hold this along until it sets. So I'm gonna lean one end and make sure it's sticking. The glass is adding as an extra hand for me there. Kids love to help with this too, so if they're around they can certainly help. Now all of these edges, we're going to be trimming out with our decorative tips. Sometimes I make these houses ahead of time, days ahead of time and just have a big decorating party for the kids with the candy. So, we leave this about ten min utes or so until it sets, and that concludes attaching the roof to the house.
