JEFF COOK: Hello, and I am Jeff Cook from All Seasons Sports, here today to talk to you about some of the latest and greatest and some of the coolest stuff for bikes on behalf of Expert Village. Today, I'm going to talk about putting on an aerodynamic bar onto your road bike. This is going to help in several ways. It can add to some comfort for you but the big real advantage is really aerodynamics. And getting down into a lower position and hidden out of the wind can make a very big difference on your effort that you're going to put up. Aerodynamics plays a very large part of what we do on a bicycle because we are the engine. And if we can get out of that bad wind and that bigger wind, we're going to be able to go a lot faster. Remember, this is something that doesn't have to be an expensive upgrade for your bike. It could be in a range of $100 and up and make a very large difference in your speed and in your time. So remember take a look at the narrow bar, it worked for Greg LeMond; he won the Tour de France by seven seconds by having one arm.
