How to Remove Crepes from Stove

This is perfect. See how the cheese is melting there and the egg is just nicely cooked. There's just a little bit of- the yolk is really nice and runny, because that's going to make like a sauce, right on top of this, it's going to be so good. So you see how it's all bubbly, and look at the underside of this, isn't that beautiful, the way that it gets all speckly and brown, gorgeous. Okay, so that's ready. The egg is ready. The yolk is nice and- (Oh, I guess I didn't butter that sufficiently), place it right on top. You can almost serve it just as is. Turn the heat off, you don't need the heat anymore. And fold in the edges, just like that, so you see the nice speckling there. And the cheese as it cools, right now it's not acting as a great as an adhesive as it cools, because that'll keep it sort of all in place, so I'll stick it down. And the final side, move it down a little bit, stick that. See come of the juices are wanting to escape from that. But isn't that sweet, just a little square kipe with ham and eggs and lots of cheese. Okay, so let?s move on and make our "salad compose".
