Hi, I'm Marieve Herington with Expert Village. And today I am planning on a welcome home lunch, for a cousin who recently moved, well I mean six months ago to France. And this lunch is going to be comprised of, at least what were my fondest memories being in France; when planning a very simple, but elegant bistro lunch. So I'm going to start off with a "salad composee", so instead of toss salad, it sort of all separated in two. It's a component part so it's going to be an endive and pear salad with "rocva", a French gorgonzola and a vinagrette on top of that, with some caramelized walnuts, which are just delicious. Then for the main course, I'm going to be doing a savory kipe, a buckwheat kipe with egg and emental cheese and ham. And then to finish off, I'm going to be doing almost a "pincipio de creme", which is pretty much just cream and chocolate refrigerated, and it makes like this divine chocolate pudding. So it sounds like a good lunch, lets get started.
