Conclusion to Making a Classic Cheesecake Recipe

Okay, thank you so much for joining me at the Baker's Corner. I'm Lauren Taylor. Today our kiwi cheesecake, or actually our cheesecake with kiwi fruit topping. I'm telling you, this turned out so lovely and so smooth and so creamy. I could eat the entire thing and not feel, well maybe feel a little guilty but I'd still eat the whole thing. I'm gonna encourage you to try something different. Maybe pomegranate or mango, or whatever your favorite fruit is. Try that as a topping. With just a little bit of sugar on the stove and let it emacerate, bring out those juices. Strawberries actually are a staple for me. I love making strawberry topping, I'm really glad I tried something different today. I tried kiwi topping instead. You can make blueberry, you can make anything you want. You can even change things up with your cheesecake as well. This is a nice basic recipe for cheesecake. Once you understand how the technique is to make a cheesecake, you can switch it up. I've made chocolate mocha cheesecake. I made chocolate key lime cheesecakes. The possibilities are endless. With the combinations that could be happening right now. I hope you enjoyed this great recipe. I'm Lauren Taylor. On behalf of Baker's Corner and Expert Village, bake and enjoy.
