Okay, our cheesecake is cooled and I'm a little sad. Mine cracked a little bit, but, you know, everyone will know it's homemade. So, that's okay. Now here's where the beauty of the spring form pan comes in. See these little clippy, claspy thing over here? We're just gonna undo it. That loosens the pan just enough. You can slide it apart, and you have your perfect cheesecake right here. And it can just rest on that little bottom part of the pan right down there, like its own little plate, just perfect. And you can see that vanilla wafer crust down there. Oh, yummy, yummy. I love cheesecake. And our kiwi turned out perfect. It's nice and juicy but the kiwi held together. We didn't break it up too much or anything like that. I'm gonna cut a piece, very clean. I put my knife under hot water first. Where do we want to go. This looks good right here. Oh, it sliced through there like warm butter. You kidding me? Oh my gosh, see how easy it cut? So smooth and creamy. Be careful of that crust down there. I'm using a knife, if you have a pie spatula, that would be really good, too. Oh, my gosh. Look at that. How beautiful. Is your mouth watering yet? Are you baking your own cheesecake yet? Okay, put some kiwi on top. Some juice on there. Okay. I've got to get a fork. Okay get a little piece of that kiwi. I'm not sure what to say right now. Unbelievable! This cheesecake is so moist and smooth and creamy. Goes perfectly with that tartness of the kiwi. You go play, I'm gonna eat.
