Improving Posture for Walking

Hi! I am Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com and right now I am going to discuss the proper posture for walking. It is very similar to the proper posture for standing except there is movement involved. What you want to do is have your shoulders back and your eyes just looking straightforward. Also, you want to avoid pushing your feet, but just naturally walk. A lot of people go like this and rush; in that case you are pushing. You just want to naturally just with your heels walk like this. A lot of people do not concentrate on their posture for walking and they concentrate on it more while sitting, but a lot of people have a tendency to point their outward somewhat and have their shoulders lean forward. This is very improper; and what you can do which is easy is just make sure that you rely on the arch of your foot, because that is what corrects your posture; that is what keeps you intact is to put your feet straight ahead of you and just lift your shoulders back and then look forward. Also, a lot of people have a tendency to look down or up or wander and everything. By all means, you have the right to look over, but you should not just look down or just look up, just focus on being level and then you would not strain yourself and you will also have good posture while you are walking.
