Stirring Semolina Pudding

NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Now, you have to heat it for, say, like two minutes. Since you have put the flame onto the lower thing, it will not actually get into a dark brown color; it'll actually get into a light brown color. So mix it well and gel it well. Make sure that, for five minutes, you're busy with your pudding because it really needs your hard work and it really needs your attention. So, do it well, give it like, say, five minutes because since, I would say, pudding--when you're making a pudding, you have to be more cautious because in vegetable you still can wait for, say, like five minutes or ten minutes. You don't even need to see it because it's making--you're either making it in a cooker or you're making it in a utensil, and you just need to cover it. But if you're making pudding, you have to be very cautious. Now, what I need to add is milk. I'll take the milk from here and add it into the utensil, say, like this much...and then mix it well with the whole mixture.
