Beginning to Combine Ingredients for Semolina Pudding

NEHA GHERA: Hi, this is Neha on behalf of Expert Village. Well, in order to start this recipe, I have the ingredients and let's start with the recipe. What you need to have is you need to have the utensil. I need to light it first, light the utensil. Now, what you need to do is you need to put this pure oil into it, which is like, I would say, loads of calories but you can't avoid it because this is one of the main ingredients of this particular recipe. I'm going to tell you that this serves as the most tastiest of all these recipe and this is the, like, main ingredient. So you can't do by using a refined oil; refined oil would not serve any purpose. So, say, like half of the pure oil would go into the utensil. We'll add some more--say, like, this much would be enough. Let's put it aside. The oil which is like--because it's being like, say, a bit winters and summers, you can see. The oil would just get into--it will actually melt. As you see, if I--it will actually melt. This is like a pure oil used. If you see in Indian origin, people really use this oil.
