How to Use Time Lapse in iStopMotion
iStopMotion is a registered trademark of Boinx software, and I am in no way affiliated with Boinx software. In this tutorial, I'm going to be teaching you how to use the time lapse function in iStopMotion. Over here on the right, it says time lapse. If you need to, you might have to click the arrow there to bring down some more options. You can select how often you want your camera to capture a frame. It defaults to 2. I'll just change that to 4 for now. You can select either seconds, minutes, hours, or frames as well. If you click start, it's going to count down and capture your frame every 4 seconds. If you don't want to click that record button, you can just do it this way. Also, another cool thing that you can do with this is if you wanted to capture a sunset, you could just put your camera out and have it capture every minute or so so that you can speed up that sunset. You wouldn't have to record for hours at a time and then come in and speed it up. That's how you use the time lapse function in iStopMotion.
