What are Fillets in Picture Framing?

I'm here talking to you today about fillets. Fillets are accessory you might say they go inside your frame they dress up things quite nicely. As I put that in there you went from a dull plain ole' frame to a little bit dressier, there are lots of them to choose from. There is rustic ones, shiny ones, you can put a fillet here and put your matte board in and you can put a fillet here inside the matte board as well. Some people call this a frame and a frame. You can actually add a fillet to the frame and a fillet to the matte and in that case, you probably want to use more less of the same type of fillet. These are actually two different colors but if you can imagine them being the same color that would give it a real cool dress up look that is quiet different and unique.
