The Ultimate Hula Hoop Trick

KAYLA BUCCOLA: Hi. My name is Kayla, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to hula hoop. Now that you've learned all of these awesome tricks, let's put all these skills together and get the ultimate trick which I've been on working for a long time now. Basically, what you're doing is sitting down while hula hooping, trying to keep moving, and then standing up again. Basically, that's exactly what you're doing. But you have to keep the pace like that, otherwise, it's not going to work. Observe. And up again, see? Let's try one more time. Down, slowly, other leg, you want to set and come up slowly other leg. The last tip for that cool move is to really put your feet further apart. See? Because if you keep it close, your knees are going to bang and slip off, and you're not going to be able to stand back up and keep your hula hoop moving. So, try this as far apart as possible, hula hoop, you can even lay your foot like this. But I think that's hard. So, just keep like this and make it simple, and up.
