KAYLA BUCCOLA: Hi. My name is Kayla, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to hula hoop. Another good trick with the big hula hoop is a nice jump. I'll show you how it's done. Basically, you don't really want to jump high or look what's going to happen. Your hula hoop falls and we don't want that to happen. So, you're kinda not even appear to take your feet off the ground-- push, push, push. I suggest holding a second and then push it up again because it will give you some time to fix hula hoop if it goes off track. Watch, one, two, three, jump. Get that hula hoop back on track. One, two, three, bend your legs, jump! Get back on track. One, two, three, jump! Isn't that cool? It's important to keep your feet spread shoulder length apart because it helps keep your hips in line. It's very hard to do it when your feet are together even though I can. So you might want to keep this right about less of work to do and it makes it more fun.
