How to Pick the Right-Styled Frame for Old Pictures

There are different styles of picture frames. There are modern ones, antiques and dress up ones. This happens to be a modern one that just doesn't do really anything for the picture. It just kind of lays there. It gives you a good look. I'm going to hold in here like this so you can get a better clue about what they look like. As you can see this absolutely does nothing for the picture but if you choose a more rustic looking one, it almost feels like something your probably would already seen back in the 1800s when this picture was taken. I choose this one mainly because it is a little rustic it has the right colors and it picks up some of the gold in here. The difference between she shapes and the rustic helps a little it pulls different thoughts out of the picture when you are trying to put a frame on the picture you want something that is going to bring the picture up out of it. Make it look like you were looking through the window out there at that picture in the driveway. If you put to light of a picture on it that's what happens it just kind of washes out. This is a real rustic look as I put it down there you start to see the horses again, the buggy it's sort of an antique rusty looking thing that fits in the picture.
