So now as you can see we have got the copper foil around all the edges, it’s been burnished down, we have got our piece back together using our pattern. At this stage you’ll find that you really need to get the pieces back to where they belong in the original pattern or else it will be, it gets more and more difficult as you go along to get everything to fit together right. So now what I am doing is I am applying the flux. Remember the flux is a, is a chemical that that allows the solder to stick to the copper and so what I am doing is I am just brushing it. Just kind of dipping my flux brush into my flux, brushing it onto the edges of the burnished copper tape and making sure to kind of get, not just the edges but also the pieces of that tape that are you know on the faces of, the faces of the piece. So I am just going to kind of do every single piece, it’s a little bit wet and sloppy but you know, definitely something that needs to be done and you will find that when you are doing this that it kind of, it will sort of cloud up the glass a little bit. It’s a sort of this kind of, might leave some deposits on it, but all that will clean off later, you know with glass cleaner when you are done so you know we are starting to get to a stage where as you are putting flux on and solder you might kind of get upset that things are starting to look dirty and kind of messy and it is actually okay because again when we are done we are just going to clean everything with glass cleaner it will clean up real nice. So if am just going to kind of keep applying this flux to all these pieces and then once I have done that we will solder it together.
