Adding Sour Cream & Spices to Make Chicken Artichoke Turnovers

Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC. Today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make chicken artichoke turnovers. We have our artichokes, our garlic, scallions in one bowl and I mixed them together. They can marinate a little bit, those flavors. In our next bowl, we're going to take another bowl and we're going to put our sour cream, lemon and chili powder. I'm just going to take the juice of half of lemon. What I do I just squeeze it upwards, our Rachel Ray trick, so as you can see our seeds get caught there and just the juices. I'm going to need about a half of cup of sour cream. I'm just going to eyeball it and we're going to go about a teaspoon to a teaspoon in a half of chili pepper. That might be a little bit too much but we're just going to add a little bit of sour cream and we're going to mix it all in. I think we're going to be alright so we have our sour cream mixture mixed up and we are going to add our artichokes. Add this together and just start to combine and stir this all up.
