How to Clamp the Back of the Chair

So there's out back, essentially glued. We're going to clean the glue a little bit. Now I'm not going to clamp the back yet because what we're going to try to do is put this chair together while the glue is still wet and this will give us time to make adjustments once we get the chair standing up. So we'll just take a clamp and just use it very lightly to pull the parts together so they seat. You don't want to squeeze it; you just want to push it into place. There we go. Ok, now that back is going to stay together while we're working on the rest of it. So we'll put this over to the side.
