How to Apply Glue When Rebuilding a Chair

Ok now that we have the glue cleaned out of the chair parts, we want to put the seat back together like it?s going to be glued and take a look at the line and also like this. As you can see this seat is warped a little bit so we'll have to take care of that when we clamp it. You'll always want to use a good quality wood glue. Don't ever use epoxy, don't ever use silicone glues, and don?t use any other fancy stuff, just plain white glue. First step is put a ribbon of glue right down this slot just like that and a little more on this side. And a little bit down the edge here.
